- Ten round
series
-
All
competitors score points towards the championship
-
Each
competitor's lowest single event total (round can be a zero
score from an event not entered) will be discarded from the
seasons cumulative total.
-
Points will
be awarded as follows:-
1st 25, 2nd 23, 3rd 21, 4th 19, 5th 18, 6th 17, 7th 16, 8th 15,
9th 14, 10th 13, 11th 12, 12th 11, 13th 10, 14th 9, 15th 8, 16th
7, 17th 6, 18th 5, 19th 4, 20th 3, 21st 2, 22nd 1

Points will
be awarded to placing in the heats and double points in the
finals.

Start grid
positions for heats are awarded by the organisers.

Start grid
positions for finals are awarded by total points scored in the
heats with tie break for equal points total given by best
position in the last heat.
-
In the
event of a tie on points at the end of the season tie break will
be on best position in the last final.

If an event
is cancelled the rule 3 still applies
-
In line with
the 2007 MSA Blue Book any driver who starts the race will
automatically be classified as a finisher.
In the event
of any unforeseen discrepancies the club Chairman will have the
final say and may consult with other members of the committee. |
