When Cumbria Kart Racing Club were looking to update their timing system, the obvious step was to look in the direction of Supersport Ltd.  

Having had a demonstration and decided that this was the way forward, Ian Rogers was sent to do the necessary training on the system.

From the outset, Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful.  His clear and precise instructions were easy to follow and understand.
 

We have now been operating the system for nearly 12 months.  During this time, there have been occasions when I have needed to ring Ian and speak to him about the system (including one occasion when I actually got him out of bed to help!). Ian has always been helpful, understanding and able to sort any problem I had.

I have watched Ian whilst he performed his timekeeping duties. He is methodical, watchful, alert at all times and very competent.  He has a very calming attitude and is able to resolve issues by working through the system methodically and logically.

He is always kind, cheerful and nothing seems to be any trouble to him.  I consider myself fortunate to know Ian and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his services to anyone.
