From as little as £250 per day we can supply a certified timekeeper along with the relevant equipment to look after your event. We can attend your event with the relevant hardware and software to ensure results are accurate and to a professional standard, competitors get data during any practice sessions to assist them with setting up their kart (or other vehicle) to ensure they are on the pace come racing.
From endurance events to club kart meetings with timed qualifying, heats pre-finals and finals any format can be accommodated by our professional team.
We use both TAG Heuer and MyLaps hardware dependant on the event which you are running, all equipment is certified by the MSA for accuracy.

Kart Sport Timing can supply MSA timekeepers for short circuit karting events, we can also offer help and advice to any club using the Supersport Tempus Software.
In addition to this we can also hire transponders, radios, AMB decoders and the exceptionally popular LED scoreboard used as a digital lap counter on the start/finish line.

Sounds crazy BUT rental of equipment is all reasonably priced, we provide this as a service to help smaller kart clubs, it is a very professional looking club which has an automated digital lap counter for its drivers but this is an expensive piece of hardware when only used once per month, at just £50 per meeting however it is a very affordable thing to rent each month.

As an independent organization we have no direct ties to any specific manufacturer which gives us flexibility to use the most appropriate hardware for an event.
Most UK kart events have historically used MyLaps (AMB) hardware, we use both AMB decoders and transponders should this be the best solution for your event. More recently we have been instrumental in the introduction of TAG Heuer transponders and decoders to the UK with the added benefit of being able to give the competitors, your customers, split sector timing - a great innovation.
Dependant on your event and the number of drivers you have entered we can use either solution to best suit your requirements.
We like to encourage people who are interested in kart timing and have reasonable computer knowledge to undertake their MSA training to become a licensed official.
We have now helped to train numerous trainee kart timekeepers as well as offer software and hardware training for licensed timekeepers looking to widen their knowledge. Trainee's are welcome to attend regular events run my the team to see how we operate and complete their kart timekeeper training module, once the various areas are covered we will sign their training log and write to the MSA to support their full licence application.
